My 6 year old had several cavities filled today and the staff here was so good with her. We are pleased with this office!
Dr. AJ is energetic and makes my kiddos feel important and is genuinely engaged with what they are interested in!
Smiles has been taking care of my children since they opened. The staff is amazing and has a gift of making even my special needs children feel comfortable. My kids actually look forward to tgeir trips to the dentist unlike when I was a kid.
My 3 year old went to Smilez for the first time today. I was blown away by their professionalism and genuine, loving attitude towards the children. Since it was her first time, I figured my little one might be a bit nervous. She was seen by Jennifer for the cleaning and did very well. My daughter spoke highly or her after leaving the chair. After taking X-rays it was discovered that there was a cavity. We then saw Emily and Dr. Pope. Everyone on the team went over every step of the process in extreme detail and told me what to expect, and even had a “plan B” in case the first solution did not work out (ie: in case my daughter didn’t cooperate) I was asked multiple times if I had any questions or concerns, but they were explaining everything so well, I didn’t have any! When it came time for the filling, my little one was hesitant to let the drs do work, so they did what they could so as not to upset her too much, which I really appreciated. We will have to return to finish what was started, but I’m completley ok with that as I didn’t want to overload my daughter the first time and have her hate the dentist. She did cry towards the end, and they were very comforting to her. She was excited about her new brush and toothpaste as well as the tokens they gave at the end to get a little toy. They gave me the option of being with her or staying in the waiting room, which is nice. Overall, it was a good experience and I’m looking forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommend Miss Jennifer, Miss Emily and Dr. Pope.

They have been wonderful with our kids. 2 of our little ones have had some pretty extensive work and they still enjoy going to the dentist. I think that speaks volumes as to the service they deliver. Thank you Smilez for such great service!
