Dr ng is the greatest doc so love him he makes sure this doc I would recommend people to go and see him
this place is a complete JOKE. the doctors are idiots, they staff have no clue what they are doing...I wouldn't trust any of these people with my dog let alone my child. they show no compassion or concern for their patients and only care about that paycheck. the two doctors my wife had seen in the early months of the pregnancy left the practice leaving her the idiot doctor liau who has no bedside manners...my wife has never once seen the all so mighty Louie-Ng which was one of the main reasons why we chose the practice...and now at 40 weeks they want her to drive an hour to an appointment because none of the doctors want to do any work. I will be filing a formal complaint with the medical director and novant health with regards to the practice
Appointment was 1100 for my wife, didn't get seen til 1145. Sucks when you're taking time out of your work day and you still have to wait that long. Other than that great place. Just needs to be more respectful of people's time and schedule. Also, tried to change appointment from March 17(today) and they said next available was late May. Wow....
The last time I was in my issue was resolved but I felt like my appointment was rushed and no compassion given. Recently left a message to get an appointment and never got a callback. Disappointed.
