Had been taking my 4 children for over 8 years, was nice. But my husband and I switched to them, I quickly found out new management is very rude in person and on phone, even when office manager was confronted ( hung up on me)... Anyways it's 6 of us, for sure will be pulling family out.
Horrible, nonexistent service! Their website indicates office hours till 6 on the day that I called. I was put on hold for several minutes. Then someone deliberately picked up the line and hung up. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I immediately called again -- only to get the recording that the office had closed. It was 4:30.
Their system is always going down, it's hard to get a real person on the phone. We moved out of state and I had to have my medical records transferred from them they only sent 19 pages out of probably 150. Didn't even include my current immunizations. The only thing they have going for them is Dr. Hackett is an amazing doctor. Their office workers are horrible at doing their job and can be rude. I feel like they nickel and dime me they make me make a separate appointment for every single thing I need done and charge me to renew a prescription.
Dr Hackett and Nurse Karin are an amazing team and have always treated me with compassion and outstanding customer service.Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Gainesville Family Practice. I have an HMO which requires getting referrals & having a lot of contact with the office. Kathy Baker, NP is a great provider. Her nurse always follows up when I have a question & Debbie does a great job with completing referrals in a timely manner.
