They /Shawn will ask for them when you say hi and come in. Oh it will help me for my boss to see. Its a nice guy at first thing. But oh wait there will be problems and you will see how he really is.
Known this site for 11 years now.
There's lights the units that they turn off at will because some losers plug things into it and instead of dealing with that person they sit off all the lights and you come at night and can't see because they say they have a large electric bill. Managmet has gotten worse over the years and is now at an all time low and I moved out. The changes, lies and bad customer service, and not allowing access when they should is absurd . To change policies and lock you out of your unit prior to the 5th. And change the proration of your move out prior to the 6th as they stated and practiced for years without notice and force the issue the fist month they decide to change it is wrong. They should send out notices. They can lock you out for a phone number change but not to give you 30 days notice on a change of policy? And to implement it with no notice and not even 30 days prior notice is crazy for such a well know large business. They quote parts of the contract out of context and make excuses. Its crazy part of the contract that talk about restricts access for safety or repairs they take the middle of that paragraph that says they can restrict access in the event and use it for anything. Lol management at this location and area defiantly has no legal knowledge. and as I said most of all won't let you access your unit when your allowed too . they may or may not later will say it was an error if you quote the contract but that dosent change the fact that they do this. They will lock,you out because they want a phone number update or something minor as well when they could write you at home or leave you a note on or under your storage door and if you come after hours you can't get in again with no notice. They are difficult to deal with. They don't make repairs. The walk in gate was left open for years and the drive in gate was almost the same left open for months. Security right! And repairs for the doors and ceilings they will try and force you to give them a key and not be present when you don't have to. Again they miss quote the contract. You don't have to give them a key they just must cut the locks if its an emergency like fire flood or something and you can come for the repairs with the required notice They must give you. Anyway they never ever fix stuff. The other gate opener never beeps and has been broken for 8 years and just stopped working never fixed. Go elsewhere and be happy the place you use this place is not worth the aggravation they cause.
This storage location is highly recommendable for having a staff like Shawn who is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their storage sizes, rates and any discounts that are available. He helps his customers by giving them some ideas that will help them decide which is more convenient and what can be more cost savings to the customer.

they have ceilings that are plaster and fall down in the unit as well as the springs break and doors fall or open up larger and damage your stuff. They have known about the celings and refuse to fix. The ceilings drywall falls and breaks your stuff such as TV's and items And then you must file insurance claims that with pictures will be covered. So get the largest amount insurance policy they sell because you may need it as I did but I got the small one and it wasn't all covered.
Excellent service! It was a nice, easy process to get a storage unit at this location. Shawn was very professional and did a good job in explaining everything to me.
Avoid if you can. Beware of the lies and sales tactics . they stated s your rent is prorated till the 6th if you move out. then when it comes time they say you must pay the whole months rent. They quote the contract out of texts and will lock you out of your unit prior to being able too. Contract says They must give you access till payment default not on the 1st as they just stared saying. The contract says access is after hours till 8 or 9 but They change it at will. They make up policy as it goes and will say one thing and change it. They will force you to pay before you have too.
Great place. Shawn has been extremely helpful with everything I've needed while storing things here.
