The actual owner, Fred, came to my house to give me an in home estimate. He was very friendly and accommodating and was able to provide me with a quote quickly. Love the fact that it is a family owned company. The crew that did pick up at my house in Maryland was friendly and helpful and did everything we need according to plan. The pick up occurred on Saturday and our belongings were delivered that very next Tuesday! Driver doing the drop off was early and his crew was spectacular. The entire process from start to finish was simple and easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mover!

A fantastic experience. Everyone I dealt with at Craig were true professionals with warmth, understanding and support in what could be a stressful time. They were prompt, courteous, and patient even when we asked that something be moved more than once. Craig's price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Craig.
They moved us from Northern Virginia to Florida and then back 8 months later (long story!). They were great in every way--easy to deal with, accommodating, showed up on time with right size trucks and number of people. They were careful with everything, and took down the heavy flat screen TV from the wall. It arrived in perfect condition. Everything was cushioned, wrapped, and boxed well. They held some things in storage for almost two years, and delivered it in excellent condition. I recommend them highly.
Horrible, didn't deliver contents of one of the crates they loaded. We finally got our antique armoire over a month later, rest of crate contents still missing: kitchen and tools. All calls about our delivery were unanswered, never called us with a date when they said they would. Message to owner never returned. Also didn't disclose that they would unload the crates in their warehouse while they scheduled the delivery. picked up our items and then took over a month to let us know when they would deliver - USE SOMEONE ELSE
