Come pick up time for the order, all 3 have managed to mess up 1 order and was giving the person an attitude and blaming him for the errors. I have worked in the restaurant business for 5 years before and never has it been an issue to void an order or item due to not listening properly when entering the order into the system. So during all of this and the countless times we explained what each order is, the food was still wrong. And because of the delay at the restaurant the rest of the order was sitting and getting cold/soggy.
I have ordered from this location, and others, numerous amount of times but never have I ever been treated like this form any of the locations or any other establishment before. I work Customer Service so I know what it can be like, but I am still outraged the fact that I had 3 rude people over the phone and a co-worker yelled at for their errors.
We ordered from here and only received a portion of our food, which took 45 mintues; all appetizers and no entrees. After calling, we were assured that are food was being sent out asap. Well asap meant another 55 minutes. Pretty ridiculous for a couple of tuna subs and meatballs. Called again and got a half hearted "I'm so sorry" from Marlon? Who evidently was the person in charge of taking complaints for the night. Last time I order from here, ridiculous and epically poor customer service.

No consistency- it's a roll of a dice if your food is good or not. Also the reps taking phone orders are quite rude. If they can fix these few things they can be very good. Perhaps a change in management might do the trick.
Every time I order from here I’m disappointed. This restaurant needs to follow the quality of the others. I have never had a personal pizza with 2x cheese that was so thin. Order the same item from the Chantilly restaurant and you’ll see the “huge” difference in shear amount of cheese and taste. Next time I’ll wait until I can go to the place I like rather than order from here again.
I would like to submit a compliant in regards to the Gainesville location. Today (12/28) I placed an order over the phone for a group order. The lady on the other end of the phone gave me grief when I said this is for 5 orders and will be paid separately. Following the phone conversation, I realized I made an error in one the orders so I immediately called back to make the adjustment. This time I spoke with a different person and apparently adjusting an order was too difficult because the phone was passed to a different person, mind you this was the 3rd person I spoke with who was just as unfriendly as the first and yet it was still rocket science to make a simple adjustment to an order.
