Donna (front desk/registration person) was very friendly, professional and quick. She was able to register me into the system quickly enough that i only had to wait 2 minutes before i was seen by the nurse.

I have gone to this Patient First 4 times -- 2 times for UTIs and 2 times for upper respiratory infections. I have always received very professional, polite service from everyone I have dealt with. I must need a doctor during down times, because 10 minutes has been my longest wait -- both in the waiting area and in an exam room. I truly do not understand the 1 star reviews, and I did read ALL of the reviews. I would recommend this facility to anyone -- friends and family!

I like how I was able to get my prescription there and not go to pharmacy to get it.
