Why do they even bother having a print center in this Staples if they cannot do a simple black on colored paper run? (Also, correct me if I am wrong, but I think a store that sells paper should really not run out of paper for the print center?)
This Staples has the worst copy center! They could not do 4000 straight prints! They have little to no paper variety. The representative that called to inform me they could not complete the job was not nice. I needed the order in a day. They informed me that they would have to send it to a Hub and it would take 4 days! What is the point? I can use other printers with that time line. The Staples down the street from me in Vienna was nice and was happy to help me get my 4000 copies completed.

Staff is great however Staples is overpriced. When I can't wait for something on Amazon I go there and pay 2x the cost.
