Excellent experience! Bought a heavily modified Jeep online and they shipped it up to me. Matt was great answering all my questions over the phone and even did a FaceTime walk around on the Jeep. Once I received the Jeep, a fairly expensive issue was found and needed to be repaired and DTO Customs took care of the entire bill. Superb customer service!!! Having owned several Jeeps, I can tell you these guys know the product. Exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely easy to work with, and just a joy from start to finish. Never had such a low pressure sales effort. It felt more like hanging out at a friends house, than sitting in a dealership. Got just the Jeep I had been coveting for years, and Corey and Matt made it come together easy. Couldn't ask for a better team to work with, or finer Jeeps on the lot. Kudos to DTO. Bought a 2015 Rubicon from DTO and Matt based on the reviews alone. I never went to see the jeep and was sent video and went off the pictures DTO provided. The process was extremely easy and the quality of the vehicle is fantastic. I live in Chicago and trusted the images DTO provided as well as going back and forth with Matt made for an easy purchase. The jeep was delivered to my home less than a week later and in great shape. DTO handled everything and made it easy on myself. I'll recommend DTO to anyone looking for a modified done up jeep. Worked directly with Matt. I highly recommend doing the same. Instead of BSing answers to my questions he asked his tech and called me back. Answered the phone 13/15 times and called back within 15 min both times he missed. Swapped out wheels for me because I didn't like the rims for free. Negotiations were fair. Couldn't come down on The price so my own budget personally was the dealbreaker not them. Threw in some sweet offers since he couldn't come down in price. I'm definitely doing business with them when I stop going out to eat every night and figure out how to balance a checkbook. By far the best dealer experience I've ever had in my life. It was like having your own personal dealership cater to your needs. Two thumbs up for sure
