Weekend Crew Is Horrible, I go every weekday and get the same special McCafe drinks. That crew makes it perfectly. I go on the weekend to get the same drink, they give me Chocolate instead of Caramel - and they don't make the drink correctly. I wish these people were consistent.
They have no help. Just two people at 5:30 am. One to take orders at the window, and at the front, and just one in the back fixing the food. Need more help. I was inside, took about 10 minutes for them to take my order. But the person was nice. Maybe I will stop here again if, If I have tome to wait.
My family and I went in for lunch. The people at the counter had their hats on all different ways, looked very unprofessional. The happy meals had no toys, had to go back up for that. Then went to open the apples in my 2 kids happy meals. They were 5 days expired. They had none in the back or in the refrigerator that weren't expired. Instead of throwing them away (what was in the refrigerator) I was told it wasn't important. This place is a huge food safety risk.
RUN in the opposite direction! Other than convenience (they are easily accessible to I-66 and Route 29), this McDonalds leave me cold. Although the staff are friendly, I have had very few good experiences - Luke warm and old tasting fries, too much Mayo on the buttermilk chicken sandwich, something missing from our order or simply the wrong items which requires us to go inside to get the order corrected. Last week, their strawberry-banana smoothie machine was not working, although their mango pineapple machine was operational. Go figure! Drive through service is slow as well. There are other fast-food restaurants in the area, so I recommend you look elsewhere!
Slow service. Walked in here with my boyfriend at 11:25 pm and I’m just now getting my food, it’s 11:45. All he did was order 2 Big Macs. That’s it. It’s not like it was busy anything. I will admit it was nice service but very very slow.
